PDPA privacy notice

Cysecote A.I. Company (“we”) respects your privacy. This notice explains how we handle personal data in line with Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

1. Data we collect

Your name, phone number, email, address (for on-site visits or delivery), details of your enquiry or device, and any information you give us for a job, including your Cyber Health Check answers.

2. Why we use it

To reply to enquiries, prepare quotes, carry out and follow up on services, process orders and payments, send invoices, and – only with your consent – tell you about offers or results.

3. Data on your devices

When we repair or set up a device, we only access what the job needs. Please back up your data before handing over a device.

4. Disclosure

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business (such as payment, delivery, messaging or accounting providers), or when the law requires it.

5. Security and retention

We take reasonable steps to protect your data and keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.

6. Your rights

You may ask to access or correct your personal data, or withdraw consent for marketing, by contacting us. Giving us your data is voluntary, but without it we may not be able to provide some services.

7. This website

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Embedded content (such as Google Maps) and links to WhatsApp or our online shop are governed by those providers’ own privacy policies.
